Here are the key points as of Wednesday evening:
-We have increasing confidence in significant snow along and west of I-95. Highest confidence across the southern Piedmont.
-Based on the latest forecast, impacts could begin as early as Saturday night, but are most likely Sunday into Monday morning.
-A wintry mix of precipitation may occur along and just east of I-95, with primarily rain along the coast (including Hampton Roads).
-Persistent onshore flow may allow for some coastal flooding late Sunday into Monday.
-Wind gusts of 40-50 mph will be possible along the immediate coast with hazardous marine conditions.
